Typically, we request the following information that is listed below from a borrower when they start the application process. Please know that we do pull credit and there is a minimal charge in doing so. Although we do our best to keep the process on track and get your deal closed as soon as possible, there is a chance that some of these documents will expire throughout the transaction and we will have to request updated information. That is why it is so important that you work with us on getting information we request over to us in a timely manner. Delaying in doing so could cost you unnecessary rate lock fees or worse…losing the house of your dreams.
- Your Social Security number
- W2’s for past two years
- Current pay stubs (4) most recent or, if self-employed, your tax returns for the past two years
- Bank statements for the past two months
- Investment/Retirement account statements for the past two months
- Credit card account information
- Auto loan account information
- Personal loan account information
If you currently own Real Estate:
- Mortgage account information
- Home insurance policy information
- Home equity account information (if applicable)
