JoAnn was incredible! As first time homebuyers, the process was definitely confusing and a little stressful. My experience with staff (JoAnn Pugh) at MMS Mortgage for refinancing of my house was made very easy and the whole process understandable. I was provided with answers and possible solutions to issues with my particular circumstances and I proceeded forward with the refinance. At the last hour of the process when I was ready to sign the papers, another issue came up and again MMS Mortgage (JoAnn Pugh) was able to work with the title company and find the answers and the problem was solved. I recently did a refinance with Chris Pugh at Member Mortgage Service. The service through the whole process was excellent. Chris took my application on my lunch hour and I got a call to set up the appraisal that night. The appraiser was at my home the next day. We closed within three weeks. I encountered one issue when a check issued to pay off my charge did not reach the bank. I called the title company and they immediately let me know they could over night a check to me and I could pay it at a local branch. The charge was paid off the next day. #excellent service
