Underwriting Approved Certificate This new program is the highest level of approval a buyer/borrower can obtain without yet choosing a property. Our experienced Loan Officer will open a loan file, assign a loan number, take the application, gather the buyers’ income documents, bank/investment statements and credit report, submit the file for automated underwriting and have a live underwriter approve the loan subject to title and appraisal if required at all.

You cannot get more approved than “Underwriting Approved!” This lets the Seller’s Agent/Broker know the buyer is the real deal and is “Underwriting Approved.”

I wrote a review under my secondary account on accident and the business owner decided to try and claim they have been confused, instead of reaching out directly and requesting my account information for clarification or to address the issue that brought forth my negative review in the first place. There was no desire to resolve the issue instead, they assumed what was a convenient response to my negative review. Now you’ve made it so much worse. The original issue was the customer service I received after having internet connection issues and mistakenly thinking I had submitted a payment for my account. When I finally received a call on the 20th, I asked why they didn’t give me a courtesy call sooner the response was “ma’am, you know when your payment is due, it’s not our business to call and tell you”, demonstrating they don’t truly care about their customers because at the time they called I was past the grace period to avoid fees. I have included a photo of the email address I received a response from to confirm payment had been processed. Now tell me I’m wrong!!

Ive been with the company for a few years now, I pride myself in maintaining a high credit score and making my payments on time. This month my internet was having issues and though I thought I had processed a payment I guess it didn't post on their end. I received a call on the 20th of the month, long after I had been hit with a late fee. I questioned why they wouldn't notify me sooner, to make me aware since my payment history shows this has never happened before and the agent responded with, and I quote "ma'am, you know when your payment is due it's not our business to remind you", and that told me everything about the way this organization conducts business. You are simply a transaction not a customer, and the service is disappointing. When will financial institutions actually care about good customers? Needless to say, I would not recommend them! It maybe hard to find a business that cares, but please look for one and save yourself the trouble here.

Lou B. from the Macomb location was very unprofessional with the way he prioritized my services and needs. I never heard back from him for my pre-approval rate within a span of a week and a half. I had to continue to reach out to him to hear back via email. In today's age, there is no exception to not respond within hours of an email, especially to your soon-to-be clients. I mentioned to Lou I am no longer interested in his services and he has STILL not responded in over 24 hours...Very unprofessional and non-responsive. If I wanted a house tomorrow I would never even have a chance to buy it.

I was provided with answers and possible solutions to issues with my particular circumstances and I proceeded forward with the refinance. Nice to still see a company that still works those 9-5 hours. They make it appear you can do stuff on their web page. You can't update anything. Force to call them and wait. Than get told to go back to the web page and fill out 'other request'. Spend some money on a few web page updates. Thought it was the electronic age.

I recently did a refinance with Chris Pugh at Member Mortgage Service. The service through the whole process was excellent. Chris took my application on my lunch hour and I got a call to set up the appraisal that night. The appraiser was at my home the next day. We closed within three weeks. I encountered one issue when a check issued to pay off my charge did not reach the bank. I called the title company and they immediately let me know they could over night a check to me and I could pay it at a local branch. The charge was paid off the next day. #excellent service
